WA BREAM CLASSIC 2009

WHAT IS THE WA BREAM CLASSIC SERIES?

The BREAM Classics are conservation based fishing tournaments, where all fish caught by competing teams must be presented alive at the weigh in, in order to be counted towards the 'heaviest bag'.

The aim of these tournaments is for each team of two anglers to weigh in a maximum of four bream, which also complies with the Department of Fisheries bag and size limits.

This year's BREAM Classic Series will consist of 5 Qualifying Events, where the top 5 teams from each event, will get to compete in The BREAM Classic Grand Final on the Swan River.

One of our main objectives with the BREAM Classic Series is to promote catch and release fishing, to ensure we can all fish into the future. To support this aim, a portion of each entry fee will be donated to the WA Fish Foundation for re-stocking our rivers.
